• You may not use the messaging program for any unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purpose

• You may not attempt to circumvent opt-out mechanisms (e.g., "STOP") or re-subscribe another individual's phone number without their consent

• Abuse of the "HELP" or "STOP" keywords for purposes other than their intended function is prohibited

• We reserve the right to terminate SMS services to any user who violates this AUP

4. Content Standards

Any content you submit to the Site (including comments, forms, or communications) must:

• Be accurate and not misleading

• Not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party

• Not contain confidential or sensitive health information of any third party without proper authorization

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to:

• Remove or refuse to post any content that violates this AUP

• Suspend or terminate access to the Site or SMS program for any user who violates this AUP, without prior notice
