Seattle Women’s Hormone Health & Menopause Program
Personalized, consistent support for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and the years beyond.
You're not imagining it.
The sleep that won't hold. The heat that rises out of nowhere. The fog that rolls in mid-sentence. The body that suddenly responds to none of what used to work.

For too many women, this is where the conversation stops - with a shrug, a lab result that's "normal," and the advice to wait it out.

At Neuroveda Health, this is where it begins.

Our Women's Hormone Health Program is built around a single belief: your hormones are part of a larger, connected story. When we read that story carefully, we can help you feel like yourself again.
A Different Approach to Hormone Health:
The NVH Women's Health Program
Perimenopause and menopause aren't problems to manage until they pass. They're transitions your whole body moves through - metabolic, neurological, emotional, and physical, all at once.

So we work with you consistently as your symptoms evolve, empowering you at every step, and supporting your body to thrive throughout this transition.
We look at the full picture: your hormones, your metabolism, your gut, your nervous system, your history, and how all of it connects. Then we build a plan that's yours, not a protocol pulled off a shelf.
Always at your side at every step.
Symptoms We Help You Address
Hormonal shifts show up differently in every woman. If any of these sound familiar, you're in the right place:

-
Hot flashes and night sweats
-
Sleep disturbances
-
Brain fog and trouble concentrating
-
Mood changes and anxiety
-
Fatigue and low energy
-
Weight changes that won't budge
-
Low libido

Vaginal dryness and discomfort

These symptoms are real, and they're treatable. You don't have to push through them alone.

Meet Your Guide
Allison Imel, PA-C, FNTP, MMS
Hormone health deserves a clinician who has spent her career right here.

Allison Imel is a board-certified Physician Associate and Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with fellowship training in Functional Medicine. She specializes in hormone and metabolic medicine for women, with deep expertise in the hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause.
Her philosophy is simple, and powerful:
Vitality = Power - Obstruction
Allison trusts the body's natural drive toward health once the real obstacle is removed, whether that obstacle is nutritional, environmental, chemical, emotional, or spiritual. Using comprehensive functional labs, in-depth clinical assessment, and heart-led coaching, she helps you optimize your metabolism, rebalance your hormones, and rewrite the story your body has been stuck in.
With Allison, you're never just a set of symptoms. You're a whole person she's genuinely invested in helping thrive.

Frequently Asked Questions
My labs came back "normal." Can this program still help me?
Often, yes. Standard lab ranges are wide, and they rarely capture how you actually feel. We look deeper - at patterns, trends, and the connections routine panels miss - to understand what's really driving your symptoms.
Do I need to be in menopause to join?
No. The program supports women across the entire transition - perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. Many women come to us in the earliest, most confusing stage, when symptoms begin but answers are hard to find.
Is hormone therapy my only option?
No. Prescription therapies are one tool, and we manage them carefully when they fit your plan. Your care may also draw on nutrition, metabolic support, and other integrative approaches. We build around what your body actually needs.
Can I do this if I'm not in Seattle?
Yes. Much of the program is available through telehealth, so you can get personalized care from wherever you are in Washington.
How do I get started?
It begins with a screening conversation. We'll talk through what you're experiencing and whether the program is the right fit for you.
